Product Description

Thrust ball bearing is ball bearing with contact angle of 90°. It is separable bearing. It is composed of separable shaft washer, seat washer and steel ball cage assembly. It can be divided into single direction thrust ball bearings and double direction thrust ball bearings.Since the ferrule is cushion-shaped, thrust ball bearings are divided into 2 types:spherical seat ring type and self-aligning spherical seat cushion type.
The thrust ball bearing cage is generally made of stamped steel plate, and the large thrust ball bearing adopts the copper solid cage.The seat ring mounting surface of the thrust ball bearing is spherical, so it has self-aligning performance, which can reduce the influence of installation errors.

Thrust ball bearings can withstand axial loads, but not radial loads.Single direction thrust ball bearings can withstand axial loads in 1 direction, double direction thrust ball bearings can withstand two directions axial loads.Due to its structure, the thrust ball bearing has a low limit speed. It can be fully filled with steel balls, suitable for low-speed heavy-duty applications.
